We are here from 9 to 5, six days a week (closed Sunday), get out during the week and experience the great hunting with friends and family.

Your hunt will be set up and ready when you leave the lodge, strong flying and wily birds provide you with the kind of hunt you remember from the good old days. Enjoy your weekday hunting experience with snow capped peaks in the distance and the noticeable lack of weekend commotion.

After your hunt the lodge offers lunch and the chance to take a break while you have your birds cleaned and packaged for the trip home.

Hunting Pheasants on the Preserve:

In some locations you can hunt towards natural barriers or open spaces and use these as "blockers". Hunt toward water so there is no escape. Push birds uphill when possible. Hunt any rough and nasty cover in your area, early release birds will be hiding where they think they are safe.

What Shot Should I use:

We recommend 12-gauge,
2-3/4-inch throwing 1-1/4 ounces of #6 lead at 1400 fps, this is a hard-hitting round and all the major ammo companies are making a version of this shell.

One Time Trial Special

Prospective members may come out and enjoy a day of hunting without paying the per gun day rate or membership fee. Simply pay for birds at the regular per bird rate. One time trial includes all members of your hunting group.
